This will reduce time consumed in replacing the wheel. The torque, which is needed to apply to remove one nut, can be used to remove all nuts using planetary gear arrangement. MULTI NUT SOFTWARE
The Modelling of Multi Nut Remover is done in SOLIDWORKS 2017 Software and later experimental setup was fabricated. But, due to difficulty in applying required torque and to save consumption of time, we have successfully developed a multi nut remover which is having a gear mechanism. Mostly, the tire nut remover and a jack are provided with car for tire replacement.
MULTI NUT DRIVERS
The cost is in the same ballpark as other quality driver sets (which provide one or two more sizes) but the convenience of keeping 5 drivers in one handle makes it easy to grab the right size from the tool bag/pouch while doing the job – as long as you don't need 1/2” or 7/16” drivers.The aim of this work is to design and fabricate a hand operated tool used for screwing and unscrewing of car tire nuts which is known as Multi Nut Remover. It's manufactured in Taiwan, so the fit and finish is better that most tools made in China.
The driver sizes are engraved at the tip, and even color-coded, an extra design touch that demonstrates the thought and quality that went into this tool. The three pieces of the tool fit smoothly and tightly so you'll never be searching the tool bag for the right driver, and because the shafts are all hollow the tool can easily tighten/loosen nuts on long bolts. The ability to apply a 9/16” wrench to the shaft for extra torque is an excellent touch (what Klein calls the “Wrench Assist” feature) though it can't be used on the largest nut size (9/16”). The wide handle provides excellent grip, making it easy to apply lots of torque for tight bolts. Because it includes a 1/4” socket it can be used with some standard 1/4” screw driver bits, but the lack of a magnetic tip or a locking feature makes it less than ideal for that purpose. The 5 drivers cover the vast majority of sizes needed in electrical work, as well as general construction and assembly (though 1/2” and 7/16” are missing).
